What we collect

When you complete the Sleep Delta quiz, we collect the email address you provide on the results gate screen. We also store your anonymised quiz responses and calculated sleep scores to generate your personalised results.

If you purchase a programme, we collect the email address associated with your payment (via Stripe) and store your programme data so you can access your dashboard.

How we use your email

We use your email address to:

• Deliver your quiz results and sleep score
• Send evidence-based sleep improvement content
• Deliver your purchased programme and dashboard access

No spam, no selling

We do not sell, rent, or share your email address with third parties. We will never send unsolicited commercial messages unrelated to Sleep Delta. Every email we send includes an unsubscribe link.

Unsubscribing

You can unsubscribe from Sleep Delta emails at any time using the unsubscribe link included in every email. Once you unsubscribe, we will stop sending you emails but will retain your contact record with an unsubscribed flag so we do not re-subscribe you inadvertently.

Data storage

Your data is stored securely using Supabase (hosted on AWS infrastructure). Quiz responses are stored anonymously unless you provide an email address. Payment data is processed and stored by Stripe — we do not store your card details.

Your rights

Under the Australian Privacy Act 1988, you have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal information. To make a request, email hello@sleepdelta.xyz.

Cookies

Sleep Delta uses essential cookies for authentication (keeping you signed in to your dashboard). We do not use third-party advertising cookies.
